We’re absolutely delighted to announce, that we’ve been awarded £16,000 from the Sun 50 charity giveaway. This award is our first big win for our Pathways 2 Play Appeal and has enabled us to make our first major purchase. We are very grateful to The Sun and their readers for this very generous grant.
Our new ‘Cruise Line’ is a cross between a bucket swing and a zipline. When we first saw the video we thought it looked like lots of fun. What’s more, this exciting piece of kit has been shipped in from America, so it isn’t something you will find in many UK playgrounds. We are not aware of any locally, so this will be something extra special specifically for our members.
The Cruise Line is due to be fitted into our playground, early in the new year. This new piece of equipment will be positioned to the rear of the garden, behind the existing oval trampoline and go-kart track.
