Local Business and Corporate Support

Pathways 4 All welcomes local businesses and corporate support.  We are very keen to build mutually beneficial partnerships.  As a North-East based charity, you will be able to see the impact of your work first hand.  We will be delighted to show you around the Tim Lamb Centre and explain what we do.  Your support can really make a difference to local disabled children and their families.

Encouraging your staff to work collectively towards a charitable goal can help develop teamwork skills and boost their morale.  Our partnership could also help lift your company profile among other local businesses and within the wider community as a whole.

We are very grateful for your interest in supporting our charity and we will help you in whatever way we can.  If you would like more information about our work and discuss charity partnership opportunities, please get in touch with our fundraising coordinator Carol who will be delighted to hear from you.

In the meantime, please take a look at some of the suggested ways you can support us.

Charity of the Year

By choosing us as your charity of the year, you can make a big difference in the lives of local disabled children.  We welcome the opportunity to work with companies over a longer period of time.  This gives us a chance to develop a mutually beneficial relationship.

Over the course of 12 months or more, your fundraising efforts could sponsor a special event for our families, like a summer day out or our children’s Christmas Party.  Alternatively, your donation may enable us to purchase a specialist piece of equipment for the Tim Lamb Centre.  We always look forward to inviting our business friends along to the Tim Lamb Centre and we will take every opportunity to celebrate our partnership throughout the year.

Organise a Fundraising Event

Is your company looking to organise a one-off fundraising event for a local charity?  Whether you are a local pub looking to host a charity night or a large organisation planning a dress-down day, we would love to hear from you!

If your fundraising event is open to the public, we can help you advertise it on social media platforms.  We can also provide you with information and publicity material as required.  We welcome the opportunity to thank our supporters personally, so we will invite you along to the Tim Lamb Centre to see where the money goes.  If you’re happy with publicity, we will celebrate your generosity on our website and social media platforms.

Charity of the Year

“We decided to support Pathways 4 All as we wanted to help disabled and disadvantaged children in our local community. We chose Pathways 4 All after reading all about the fabulous work Lynn had done to help other families.  We love being involved with this fantastic charity, which gives so much pleasure to local children in a comfortable and safe environment”.

Corporate Hero Sponsorship Scheme

You can make an ongoing difference to the lives of local disabled children by joining our Corporate Heroes Sponsorship Scheme.  For a commitment of £30 per month, your company could sponsor a child’s place on one of our activity programmes.

Attend a Charity Event

Each year we organise at least one upmarket charity event and we welcome the attendance of our corporate friends.  To find out more about the events we are hosting during the course of this year, please visit our events page.

Display a Charity Box

If your business deals with cash-paying customers face to face, could you display one of our charity boxes on your counter?  Small change dropped into one of our charity boxes, soon adds up.  Donations big and small are always appreciated.

Corporate Hero Sponsorship Scheme

At TLW Solicitors we wanted to demonstrate continued support to the invaluable services that everyone at Pathways 4 All provides.  The Corporate Heroes scheme allows us to do this.  It really was easy to set up and shows to our staff, outside partners and clients that we have a continuing and sustainable relationship which benefits our local community”.

Volunteer Days

Corporate volunteer days are a great opportunity to get involved in some of the necessary organisational and general maintenance tasks which need to be undertaken at the Tim Lamb Centre.

We have a large outdoor play garden, so your volunteering day could involve gardening tasks and grounds maintenance.   Alternatively, we may have a forthcoming activity or event requiring preparation.  If some of your employees have advanced technology skills, like computer maintenance or programming, we have an ICT suite that would always benefit from health checks.  Or maybe there is someone who could advise our staff team on new computer software programmes that would benefit our organisation or even develop us a mobile app!

Due to the nature of our organisation,  we can only accommodate larger staff teams at certain times of the year.  It is also really helpful when these days are planned well in advance so we can make the best use of our volunteers and in turn offer a worthwhile experience for your employees.

If you would like to know more about our charity and the ways you can support us, please contact our Fundraising Coordinator Carol.   Alternatively please call the office on 0191 266 5233 to arrange a visit to the Tim Lamb Centre.  A member of our team will be delighted to show you around and tell you a little more about the work we do.
