Scheduled Closures
We are normally open 7 days a week. However, we do routinely close during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, Easter bank holiday weekend, plus all bank holiday Mondays.
We also close during the first week of September for our annual post-summer deep clean and carry out any maintenance needed.
Unscheduled Closures
Occasionally we may need to close for another reason. In these circumstances, we try to give as much notice to our members as possible.
On the rare occasions we need to close at short notice, information will be posted onto our Facebook page. The most likely scenario for this happening is during adverse weather conditions, (for example heavy snow blocking the Rising Sun Country Park access road). If in any doubt, please contact us before traveling.
Holiday Activity Programme
During the school holidays, we organise two or three special events/activities each week. These vary between visiting performers/ entertainers and in-house activities.
Our holiday activity programme will appear here the week before the school holiday, so please check back regularly.
