What a FANTASTIC summer we’ve had…  And a busy one at that!

Over the course of the summer holidays, hundreds of disabled children and their siblings enjoyed a visit to the Tim Lamb Centre.  In addition to all the normal play facilities we offer, we also had a number of visiting entertainers including Captain Raggy Beard, Circurama, Timbadash and Jesse the Bubbleologist.  We had several animal visitors too, including small rockpool creatures, goats, guinea pigs, sheep, rabbits and therapy dogs… We even had a dinosaur too!

The weather remained sunny for most of the summer… except the one day we’d booked outdoor bouncy castles… and also the postponed day for the bouncy castles too.  Thankfully, it was third time lucky for our bouncers and worth the wait.

As well as our family visitors, we also had a playscheme running with 38 children in attendance.  One of our young attendees had such a great time she even sent us a big thank you card stating “I have loved everything at Pathways and made lots of friends”.

We had so much fun, we can’t wait for next year!
