Tim Lamb’s Alternative Provision

The Tim Lamb Alternative Provision provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for learners who require an alternative to mainstream education. Our focus is on personalised learning, therapeutic support, and helping students re-engage with education. We promise to be affordable to our families and believe every child deserves a safe space for education. Our goal is to mend our children’s broken wings through our nurturing approach. An EHC plan is not required to access our provision. Our service is not for profit.

Vision and Values

Our vision at Tim Lamb Alternative Provision is to build and nurture our children back into education with patience, time and understanding. Our qualified tutors will work closely with our students and their parents to understand the emotional needs or each child. Sessions are child led using high-quality teaching to support their educational needs.

We cater to students who may:

  • Have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
  • Have SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
  • Have experienced trauma or ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences)
  • Need ESMA (Education Support for Medical Absence)

With or without an EHCP.
