Short Break Care Activities

We have a number of short break care activities on offer for children and young people aged between 5 and 18 years old.  Our current short break care activities are grouped by age:
The Saturday morning All In group is aimed at children 5 – 11 years old, offering a combination of structured activities alongside free-play opportunities.  All children are closely supervised and supported by our caring and experienced play workers.
For teenagers we run our Friday Night Distinctive Youth Club.  The youth club encourages disabled young people, aged between 12 – 18 years old, to socialise and participate in semi-structured, age-appropriate activities, whilst appropriately supervised by our committed staff team.
Pathways 4 All also run a very popular Easter and Summer Playscheme during the school holidays.  The playscheme operates with two separate age groups and offers children aged 5 -11 years and young people 12 -18 years a range of fun centre based activities, in addition to local community outings.
In addition to our normal Pathways 4 All membership, all children and young people need to be pre-registered & pre-booked before they can attend any of our short break care activities.
Please be aware that places for our short break care activity groups are limited and are often in high demand, so there may be a waiting list.  For more information about any of the above activity groups, the prices and availability, please email our Programmes Manager Lorraine or phone 0191 266 5233 during normal office hours.
